Close the chat window and cron still hits the API. Write tools at the registry still create tickets. The window is dark. Empty tickets grow at night. Night empties are harder to see. Harder to see, and in three months you still cannot say what turning it off removes. You cannot say it because what stopped was the UI, not the execution plane.
