Move a GitHub project to an internal Git host: import or push, then follow upstream

To move a GitHub repository onto an intranet AngusGit, use Import repository when you only need the current files. To keep commit history, or to merge upstream later, clone locally, name GitHub upstream, name the new empty repository origin, and push. Later updates go onto a sync branch and a pull request.
