Tool args fail validation — the model invents another lie

Look up a ticket, create a ticket — the id is on the list. The window says submitted. The tracker is empty. The day the API runs, args miss the schema and the gateway refuses. Stuff the full error stack back and the model tries another set. The new set may be closer. It may also fill fields it should not touch. Execute that “nearest request” and an empty or wrong ticket is already in the store.
