What code traceability is: finding similar code in a repository, not where a requirement came from

Code Traceability in AngusGit is a similarity and duplication check. It compares a repository, a file, or a snippet with other repositories on the same instance, and shows where identical and highly similar code lives. It is separate from requirements tracking and from license compliance. It fits a delivery review or a search for copies before a refactor. It does not search the internet, and it does not run by itself.
